Executive Governance

VASSP is a not-for-profit organisation constituted under the Associations Incorporated Reform Act 2012. The Association reports annually to the Australian Charities and Not-for-profit Commission and is governed in accordance with formally constituted Rules.

The governing body of VASSP is an Executive Board, composed of five office bearer positions elected by the full membership of the Association. These include President, Deputy President, Vice President - Principal, Vice President - Assistant Principal and Treasurer. The Executive also includes three representatives elected by the State Committee which is an advisory group to the Executive.
